This is the twelve week program that will be universal for most athletes and will help develop speed, strength, and endurance. These are repeatable and will you will not need another one of these. This is a one time purchase.
This is a personal program catered to your needs as an athlete. This will include a 4-6 month structured workout plan that will meet your needs as an athlete. If your coach says you need to be faster, then this plan will be made to focus on your speed development. This option will take some time to develop and a few converstions will have to happen as we work to make your plan the perfect fit for you!

The future of our company is to hopefully open our own gym and be able to train people on site instead of having to do everything online. This time line is roughly a 7-10 year span considering the company is in its infancy and our founder is still an active athlete and will soon be a college athlete.
