Welcome To Red Ore Strength and Conditioning

Our Mission

We are an Iron Range based group that specializes in sports science and strength and conditioning for local athletes. We focus on making young athletes reach there goals through high intensity and effective strength training. Helping players climb depth charts and line ups in all sports. We will mentor you and make you a better athlete and a overall healthier person. You aren't just going to leave with bigger muscles but also a bigger brain and a bigger heart. You will learn how to be a great person and how to use your strengths for good. We take weak individuals and turn them into hard working men and women.


What Is Red Ore?

Red Ore is a term used to describe Iron in its raw form. When you take Red Ore and melt it down, you create Iron. We are going to push you to a melting point and mold you into Iron as a athlete. You may come into the Red Ore family a raw piece of Iron Ore fresh out of the ground. We will make you into a sharp piece of shinny Iron Armour. You will become steel. 


Trusting the Process

Making a change to your lifestyle is a big challenge. It could be for many reasons. Doctors could have given you some news that you didn't want to here, you may have been told by a coach that you aren't good enough, or someone might have given up on you and labeled you as "lazy" or "fat". Well, we know that those realizations are tough to take in. We know it is hard to get to the gym everyday. We know it is hard to make those healthy meals instead of hitting up the drive thru after work or school. We are here to help. Its a process that could take months or even years. You can't get abs in day. Becoming healthy is a marathon, not a sprint. Trusting the process and allowing yourself to stay discipline is mentally hard and draining, but we at Red Ore S&C are here to help you!



What We Stand For

We push ourselves and our clientele to the highest standard. We want you to reach your health and fitness goals to do that, we need to hold ourselves to the same standard too. We don't make you do workouts that we as a trainers couldn't do ourselves. We will push you, some days are going to be harder than others, but we want you to reach that level that you want and then push even further past your goals and we will be right there with you the whole way. 



Our Core Values

These values are very important to use and if you are part of your program you will be expected to follow these.

  • Nothing is given, everything is earned through hard work and discipline.
  • You will be treated like family and we will be expected to be treated the same.
  • You respect your fellow teammates at Red Ore and look out for one another.
  • You will be expected to give 100% of what you have 100% of the time.
